Return Policy
At Avokids, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns:
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 10 days of receiving the item.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with original packaging and tags intact.
- Process:
- Contact our customer service team at support@avokids.in to initiate a return.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
- Shipping: A delivery agent will get in touch with you to pick up the parcel with the original packaging.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your return/exchange. We will exchange your product or offer store credit for the amount paid.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
- Please note that we will only be exchanging the product once free. Any subsequent exchange will be charged at Rs. 200 as a reverse pick up charge
